- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days.
- Shipping Time: Depending on your location, delivery typically takes 15-20 business days for domestic orders and 30 business days for international orders.

- Domestic Shipping: Free for orders above ₹2000.
- International Shipping: Charges are calculated at checkout based on location and package weight.
Returns and Refund Policy
At Sahaaj, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’ve made the return process simple and hassle-free.
Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 7 days of receiving the order.
- Products should be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with tags intact.
- Certain items, such as perishable goods, personal care products, and items marked as non-returnable, are not eligible for returns.
How to Initiate a Return
- Submit a Return Request: Log in to your account, go to the “Orders” section, and click on “Request Return” for the respective order.
- Prepare the Package: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and freebies, if any.
- Schedule a Pickup: Our courier partner will arrange a free pickup from your address. If pickup service is not available in your area, you may ship the product to our return address at your own cost.
Refund Process
- Refunds will be initiated once we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Depending on your payment method:
- Credit/Debit Card or Net Banking: Refunds will be processed to your bank account within 5–7 business days.
- Wallet or UPI: Refunds will reflect in your account within 2–3 business days.
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Refunds will be issued as store credit or transferred to your bank account.
Exchange Policy
If you wish to exchange an item, follow the same steps for returns and specify your preferred product during the process. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product:
- Contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with photos or videos of the issue.
- We’ll arrange a replacement or refund promptly after verifying the claim.
